in production of both spinach and baby leaf: rocket, green and red baby lettuce, red chard, bull’s blood, mizuna, tatsoi and lamb’s lettuce. cooperative Fruver was born from the will of “Azienda Agricola Aversana” and “Filoverde”. During the last years they committed to search agricultural holdings for new strong collaborations. The aim is to improve the offer for customers in terms of variety, quality and availability of products, with 400 hectares at their disposal both in open field and in greenhouse. Our factories are located in Piana del Sele, , a place with great fertility and favourable climate. They are fundamental features for this kind of production, entirely supervised by our technicians who daily assist our collaborators towards an eco-sustainable agriculture.

The production takes places in locality Scorziello, in Eboli, under the control of our quality managers. For a correct making of products, Fruver has invested in high-tech machineries, within 5 MULTIHEAD WEIGHERS and a VACUUM COOLER. It maintains the COLD CHAIN and keeps the product at a constant temperature in order to ensure Fruver brand products TASTE and FRESHNESS.
